Melissa calls me the day of at130pm and my daughter’s procedure is the following morning and tells me I have a balance of$400 due before her procedure. No payment plans no options pay now only ! I understand there’s a fee and I don’t have a problem my problem is how r u as. Reputable facility calling me less than 24hrs and demanding I make this kind of payment !! Great pediatric gastroenterologist. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Ringheanu tackles the issue head on and doesn’t dilly-dally, which I appreciate as a mother of a 3 year old with digestive issues. My son has responded wonderfully to her regimen.
we transferred patient to DHR because she said she would be available to help but was no where to be found
The wait time is horrible. They make you got to appointments way too often. Just making or canceling an appointment is a horrible experience. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
