There was an hour wait, but I was texted and called when a room was ready for me, while i sat in my car in waited. Which was great for COVID. The doctor was very nice and showed concern to my injury. And as soon as I got a room, i was seen immediately. Smooth process. Best hospital experience I’ve ever had.
I was involved in a car accident and Dr. Ille was polite, professional and concerned. I value that.
She was literally a heaven sent- genuinely kind hearted and also very attentive and reassuring. I am grateful to have had my experience with her at this urgent care and her kind spirit alone helped me feel better.
