My grandma used this company for many years, for her lawn needs. They were always good to her, but once I started to handle it all for her they because very wishy-washy. There's been at least 3-4 times they no called no showed on me, and now our grass is a foot tall because I was home all last week and they DID NOT COME. Unreliable and dishonest. Don’t waste your time and money. Spend a little more on a company that’s worth it.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate the next day Teresa didn't show up at 1pm, so I waited until 2 pm and called her. She apologized and showed up, but didn't take any notes or measure my project. She told me she'd text an estimate that afternoon. The next day I called and she said she would send one later. It's now Thursday and I have yet to hear from her. If they don't want the work it would be more professional to decline it rather than not responding. Very disappointing!!

Unless you live in a nice part of town and have a fancy house, don’t expect to hear back from them. Not even a bid.
