About this business
Our passion for fresh food comes from our founder, Mary Vasquez. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood. Very clean restaurant, Good food & friendly service. Miguel's Jr. has nachos, enchiladas, tacos tamales & taquitos but they are famous for their Burritos. My favorite is the "Garbage Burrito" A huge wet burrito with shredded chicken & either shredded beef or marinated chile verde pork, & refried beans, spanish rice, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fresh guacamole & sour cream. I've been to all the Miguel's (Corona & Murrieta, and now Menifee) and the food is always consistently good! This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants.
