Edit, the second. They fixed the problem of lettuce for a few weeks, but then they went right back to doing it again. I cannot eat their salads and would recommend against it. I am sorry, but I do not want a three inch cube of the heart of lettuce in my salad. It is gross. Please train your employees better to chuck the heart of the lettuce.
