Carpet cleaner comes to apartment complexes and dumps waste water all over parking lot. His excuse is "it's raining" and gets all snarky when confronted. Not the first time he's done this.

Incredible! We’ve been in our house 4 years with 3 young kids (including a baby), a dog, and lots of muddy garden time and a front door that connects straight to a carpeted living room. There were coffee, dirt, marker, stains and just mystery dark spots. I called miguel and he immediately put me at ease over the phone. I didn’t want strong chemicals and he recommended very light detergent and mostly steam cleaning ; he also offers steam only cleaning for those who prefer it. That’s as safe and green as it gets. I called Miguel and he gave me a very decent price compared to his competitors. On the day of service Marvin showed up 10 mins early and got to work and had the job done quickly and made it super easy for me to get on with my day. I really appreciate their effort, speed of communication and good work.
My carpet had a yellow hue after they cleaned it.
