Miguel did excellent job for me as RE agent for the past 5 years , he found great tenants , screened , prepared and negotiated all my lease agreements also the start and end the leases walkthrough so everything went smoothly. Working with Miguel was a great experience. I was looking for someone to take photos, list, and find me renters. All the while he kept me in the loop with new renters or new applications we received. He made it a very stress-free process as I moved 4.5 hrs away and left him with the keys to handle it all for me. I will 100% be using Miguel in the future when or if I need to find new renters.
