Scam Artist: Deceptive and Fraudulent Pool Service We hired Miguel Sipion Pool Service to repair our pool and instead found a scam artist. Miguel didn't fix the pool and when asking to be paid, he insisted that the funds be sent to his family internationally and then claimed to not receive the money. This is not a pool service, it's a scam.
