An office visit to my PCP is supposed to cost the $20 copay under my insurance, doesn't stop the office from billing an additional $57-97 dollars because the "doctor treated more than one ailment" during the visit... The billing in this office is a joke
HORRIBLE service from not only the staff, but from Dr.Diaz who has been my doctor since I was a child. They continue to make errors with my medical records, they never know what they are talking about when diagnosing me. The office staff is clueless to what I need. I will never come here again. I will make sure everyone knows how bad this place is.

The practice has declined since our first visit which encompassed a three year time span. Lost records, multiple issues with staff and physician not hearing the concerns of the patients, feedback given on the service and practice falling on deaf ears. After multiple reviews of symptoms/ health concerns with the Physician, more importance was given filling a checklist of items and less on actual listen to patient concerns. Obviously, I am not alone. Office was empty at last visit. Stay away!!!
I do not recommend Dr. Diaz... He is only out for your copay. Upon visiting him last week I need to speak to him in regard to pain meds. He refers me to a pain mgmt specialist. As a home bound elderly woman I can not make it to a physician as I do not drive anymore I need rides. Save the time and go elsewhere.
