I am loyal customer as he always does excellent work and will explain everything. He's reliable and honest. He's the only one I will trust with my heating, cooling and plumbing needs. I highly recommend him.
Quick efficient service, his parts prices seemed high, but these days what doesn't cost too much? Over all happy with his work.
I am grateful for his work. Whether it's some regular yearly work or an emergency, he is usually ready and available for whatever I need. If not immediately, then within a few days. He is not cheap but you get what you pay for. He takes his work very seriously.
Pros: He’s prompt. Cons: Lacks equipment and confidence to do basic plumbing tasks eg: Installing garbage disposal. Claims to have 20 years experience. Unprofessional. High Cost (Rip off).
