No vayan a este sitio este señor me tuvo 4 meses llamándolo para hacer mis income tax para mi negocio vivo en Texas viaje hasta allá y ni siquiera por un poco de empatía le importó hacer el trabajo, un total mal quedar y falta de palabra personas como estas mancha el gentilicio cubano, le deseo que le vaya muy bien, pero tenga tenga si quieren utilizar sus servicios es un total descarado y falta de ética profesional y seriedad, eviten hacer cualquier tipo de negocios en este lugar.
By far the worst experience I’ve had at a tax office in my life. Receptionist would ignore us and stare as we sat for over an hour waiting for a SCHEDULED appointment (neither speak any English). Miguel was very dismissive with anything that was being said or asked and had the audacity to say “just use google”. While continuously making mistakes when taking about our case . Even if you have an appointment, you have to wait almost an hour to be seen. Neither of the receptionists speak English. If you call their office and speak English, they will put you on hold for 20-40 minutes until someone is available or they will hang up. I’ve called several times this week and went through the same thing multiple times (I have more screenshots of my phone logs). We had a simple question that could've been answered over the phone, but we had to drive 45 minutes and wait in the office for another 45 minutes... read more
