AVOID THEM !! My mom send the tax documents on march 30 today its the last day and we dont even know if they submitted them , we had to call literally EVERY day and the girls who answered the phone she doesn’t even have manners she answered the phone like if she was at her house , they put you on hold for several minutes and don’t even say good morning or anything like that , they are very unprofessional at doing taxes , and if you even call too much it will automatically send you to voicemail bc you “ have reached the limit... read more
Been going to Turbay(CPA Accordingly), for several years. The office is very disorganized. Why bother with an appointment, there is no structure at the location. They are always overbooked. My taxes were not done correctly this year, and I cant even get a call back to rectify, or even a hint on what to do after i reached out, I have lost faith.
