Booked appointment through zocdoc 1 week ago. I called their office and spoke with Yanet, or Jeannete to confirm the appointment and to make sure that my insurance was verified, and they said that everything was ready for me to go to the appointment and to arrive 15 minutes before. I got there 30 minutes before, just to be told that they DO NOT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE!!!, The doctor might be great, but BEWARE of the STAFF. They dont call to confirm appts or... This post should make you think twice.
