Update: Nothing was done, contacted customer service multiple times. What a scam organization. Dr. Bryce was excellent, their billing department on the other hand, is completely awful. Quote me a price for service that ended up being 50% higher in the end. So tired of this kind of behavior from all medical professionals these days.

Dr Bryce and staff were AMAZING. Only one person was under par. Didn't have a bedside manner. I don't remember his name but it wasn't Bob. Bob was amazing. I will pay better attention at my next appointment. Dr Bryce makes up for the one employee that was unfriendly and made me feel like I was a burden.
What's with this practice???? Nobody answers the phone! Phone just rings and rings and rings, then they hang up. No way! Just trying to make an appointment, I'll find someone else.
