Dr. Ariza is amazing! Truly changed my life for the better!
I hate this old lady who answers calls and makes the appointment., Her hearing is weak and impatient, and her replies are always bad and cold on every call.
I tried to make an appointment in June, my insurance didn’t require referrals so I told them about my family history and why I wanted to see an endocrinologist. My sister has thyroid issues and my mom had thyroid cancer. They told me I couldn’t be seen as they had to check with my PCP first, this was fine but I wanted to make the appointment regardless. This is the worse medical facility I've ever been a part off and today I finally had enough. They are unprofessional in every way. Having an allergic reaction and no one calls back after numerous calls and messages. Finally talk to someone to give me an appointment a week afterwards, mind you I am having an allergic reaction and I can't be without my thyroid medication, I come for my appointment just to be send home because the doctor went home sick.
