Without exception, everyone was professional and very caring. Of course, what the patients are going through is a little (more than a little) scary, but everyone takes time to answer any of your questions and put you at ease. Wait times were minimal from one procedure to the next. At the final step, Dr. Busquets explained everything to me (in terms I could understand) and put me at ease. Emergencies come first over office visits....He has been my eye doctor over 20 years. Staff is extremely helpful.. In 2018 I had an emergency detached retina. No questions asked, call trauma Debbie, returns calls ASAP....phone at 4:30am, had surgery the same day by 10 am. Three weeks later, same issue. Never complain about the long office waits... Emergencies come first.

Been seeing Dr Bisquetes for 10 years! He has repaired retinal tears. Removed floaters amongst other procedures. Just diagnosed a stroke of my eye and is treating Top notch. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
He was very thorough and answered all of my questions with ease. Explained my eyes in easily understood terms.

Dr. Busquets is very thorough and explains what is going on with my eyes in easily understood terms. He is personable and calming throughout every examination. The next question is ease of scheduling urgent appointments- I have never had to schedule an urgent appointment so I can not answer that question with knowledge.
