Very grateful and relieved to receive excellent and pleasant service by Michael today. As someone who has never rented storage before I was uptight and nervous. Micheal was great explaining how it works and options. He is a pleasant and patient helper. Also helped my grandson by setting out dolleys to carry our heavy load. The site though very old is clean and well kept. Signage could be improved, indicating directions and unit numbers on the end caps of each row. Michael at Migson Storage was amazing! He helped me find the right unit size by showing all the options and taking the time to explain everything. On move-in day, my movers didn’t show up and I arrived late, but Michael went above and beyond to help me get organized and unload. The facility is clean, secure, and the pricing is very good. Highly recommend!
