My friend was completely brushed off from using their services without even looking into a file of an application. All was said was there is a lot of documentation required for you to apply. No file looked. Racial discrimination experience, I have never seen anything like it before.

I strictly do not recommend ISA Migration (agent: Christa). Before engaging their services, I had already lodged my own EOIs, yet after terminating my contract with the company, those EOIs were deleted, resulting in the loss of applications that I had originally created myself.
