Last Christmas I had bought a gift certificate for my husband from here. They put an expiration date of 3 months on the gift certificate in which I didn’t realize at the time. We're sorry for your loss and experience, however the shop ownership changed at the beginning of this year as did the name get changed. It was explained to your husband that the money that was paid for the gift certificate went to the old owner of the old business. We are not liable nor would someone else be to honor a $300.00 dollar gift certificate from a previous business. Tony and steve stayed late Saturday almost 8pm to get my truck finished they installed an alpine ilx-309 in my tundra and tuned up some awesome sundown sa6.5v3s on a ia 6.4 and tuned my dd dsp very impressive sound i will be back give them a call

I had one bad experience with another audio shop in Jacksonville. Not going to name-names, but Mirgraine Kustoms is the real deal. I mentioned their name at a Jeep store and they highly recommended this place with high praises. After 3 days of complicated work I gave them, they cleaned it up nicely with amazing sounds. Tony and Steve and their employees at the shop are amazing. Told them what I wanted and they delivered! You guys did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend this shop for any audio needs.
