The day before my appointment, I called and asked how much hard gel removal would cost and was told $10. When I arrived the next day as a walk-in, I was told the wait would be 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over an hour. While I was waiting, another woman walked in asking for a manicure and pedicure and was seated immediately, even though I had already been waiting for over an hour. They do not appear to use properly sterilized tools. They only bring out a sealed pouch from the “clean packaging,” but the main tools used for clipping and cuticle removal are kept under the bench, out of sight. As a customer, there is no way to know whether those tools have been properly cleaned, disinfected, or sterilized between clients. I was disappointed and honestly shocked.
