Michael explained the claims process to me thoroughly. Because of that, I knew what to expect each step of the way. He made me feel comfortable and confident about the entire process. Michael helped a good friend of mine file a claim with her homeowners insurance company after experiencing an issue in her home. She wouldn’t stop talking about his professionalism and how he gets positive results. About two years later, I had a leaky roof (after a hurricane) and I remembered my friend raving about Michael. I would highly recommend this vendor. The adjuster Michael was very informative and knowledgeable with how to get a claim filed. His expertise and demeanor was displayed in the most professional manner I've seen in a very long time. He kept me informed at all times on how my claim was processing and made sure I understood in layman language. Thanks for being so honest and caring about my well being.
