Geezus that was an expensive service call. I will say I appreciated that I was able to book and schedule the appointment for the very next day first thing in morning. $860 to place a toilet that we removed and cleaned and fix the broken toilet flange we found underneath seems incredibly steep imo. We didn’t even ask him to repair the leaking water closet since that would likely cost significantly more. I had another HVAC company come look at my furnace as water was pooling underneath. They said they couldn’t figure out the problem and I’d need to spend $2k+ for them to take it apart and inspect, or I they’d suggest I just replace it. Jack came over and for $120, figures out the issue, cleaned the pump that was partially clogged and fixed the issue.
