Neko from Mighty Pine came to service my air conditioner. He was the same technician as last year and did a wonderful job. He also renewed my annual membership!
We had an outstanding experience with Neko Favela from Mighty Pine. We submitted a request for our broken AC late at night, and by the next day at noon, Neko was already on-site diagnosing the issue. By mid-afternoon, our AC was up and running again! Neko was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly communicative. He walked us through the cause of the problem, explained our options clearly, and even took the time to relay everything to our landlord so decisions could be made quickly.
