Very professional. Worked through obstacles with great customer support and care. Would recommend Mighty Pine for HVAC jobs where attention to detail is appreciated.
We asked for an estimate for a multi zone mini split system, and these guys quoted us with extremely overblown prices. Upcharged the mediocre equipment at 3-4x the value. We did tons of research and got several other quotes. Their quote is about 2x others— at least $15k more (even after their rebate promises and our ability to hire our own licensed electrician family member). We asked them for a more competitive quote with another comparable offer, and they said they would look into it, and never got back to us. Steer clear.
They did such a great job replacing my AC unit in my condo. There was a small leak and they immediately came out and fixed it at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them. They also did a great job of communicating with me through the whole process.

I'm very happy with my service from Mighty Pine. Shoutout to Neko, he was able to look at my very old AC unit and gave me a fair quote. They installed a new unit the very next day. Every thing went according to plan and very smooth, I can't thank them enough!
