Megan is an incredible, caring, skilled massage therapist! She has a warm welcoming demeanour and she actively listens to her clients and builds a care plan with them collaboratively. She also doesn't tolerate any bullshit which is so refreshing - no rolling over for patriarchal or racist nonsense from anyone (such as some folks giving her one star reviews, for example). I was surprised to see a negative review and felt compelled to comment. My young adult child with multiple disabilities and sensitivities really appreciated Megan’s warm conscientiousness and the consent-aware, neuroaffirming environment she created. I just noticed a one star review from a man who managed to walk in off the street (due to the property manager’s lack of contingency for their tenants — no fault of the practitioner) which, given that the office is quite intimate in scale, would definitely have been a surprising... read more
I googled this place, so I walked by on my way home from work to make an appointment. I walked in and she burst out "what are you doing in here?". I said "I was hoping to make an appointment". She rudely handed me a card and said "I am with a client" in an angry tone. Usually you start with a hello, maybe she should have somewhere "online bookings only". How are you supposed to know there is no real office/seating area with no secretary unless you've already been there. I will not be returning to get a massage based off her ... read more
