Weve had our gate opener since summer ..its now January the next year... returned one opener and two remotes put a new opener on and got two new remotes after we spent four months on the first ones trying to get them to work. With the technical support. Now our transmitter/garage door opener will not even open the gate. Long story short we’re taking the entire thing back and getting a completely different brand after much frustration. If there was a zero for a rating I would give it that!!!!!
We have just bought our 3rd Mighty Mule Gate Opener. Just hoping this smart on is smart enough to handle all the other supplies that go with it. If not I will return and go to a different brand. The first one was struck by lightning, the second one just stopped opening. I am not a happy camper when I get stuck outside the gate and it won't open. If this one doesn't work I will find another company. I try to buy made in America so Mighty Mule you need to step it up. You do not have very good reviews.....
I have a Mighty mule MM 462 it has quit working. The first time it did this the panel had to be replaced. Mighty mule sent me a new panel. That was great. I am not asking for anything free. Their website says that they do non warranty repairs. Apparently they no longer stand behind their product. I am a DAV that is a Amputee on a fixed income and do not ask for anything free. I need my control panel repaired. Why should I have to pay $275.00 for a new panel.when the panel I have can be repaired.
Mine lasted 3 months before the board went out. I have been waiting 3 months for a replacement. They are telling me another 6 months due to back order. Don't due business with this terrible company. They need to be out of the market.
