After the service was complete, I immediately noticed a significant improvement in the air quality within my home.Not only did Mighty Air Duct Service improve the health of my home environment, but their friendly and courteous demeanor also made the entire experience pleasant.
Had a very negative experience with the Owner of this cleaning service. I’m not one to smudge someone’s work ethic, but this was unnecessary: she was suppose to have cleaned before we arrived at a rental. The last Couple to rent the place left a note and a tip for her before they left, extraoroif that she had not been there to clean. Garbage was over flowing, beds were still unchanged and unmade from previous people...a huge black garbage bag spilling over full of empty beer cans. We had them come in and clean the house we were renting prior to us moving out, and they did a tremendous job, brought their own supplies and worked with our schedule. Couldn't be more happy.
Not a very good experience at all. Floors that were supposed to be cleaned, weren't even touched and dirt remained just as before. Entry rug was left dirty and not vacuumed. The house didn't even smell clean when I got home, as if cleaning supplies weren't even used. If you want a light dusting and quick vacuum, this is your place. If you're looking for a real house cleaner. Keep looking. Very disappointing.
