Damien and Eddie and Giovanni and Eliel went above and beyond from the moment they arrived. They communicated clearly, treated my home with care, and worked efficiently to address the water damage and demo. They explained every step, documented everything thoroughly, and made sure the area was safe and clean before they left. Their professionalism put my entire household at ease during a very stressful situation. I’m incredibly grateful for their work and highly recommend them both! Outstanding!!!
Had an emergency flood in our kitchen. Gio R. and his crew, Eliel and Jose, came to demo the area and got the ruined, wet materials, including a kitchen island and flooring, out of the house so the area can dry out. The crew was exceptionally professional and polite, and one thing that really impressed me was how thoroughly Gio explained to me what the process would entail. Our tub’s old valve was leaking , called plumber who later recommended Mighty Dry to help with the water damage. Eddie N. came to my house within an hour. He took pictures and called my insurance company right away to start the claim process for us(no time wasted). He made the whole process seem so simple. Everything was lined up smoothly.
