Jose, Eliel & Gio were fantastic. Arrived on time 8:30am, and were done before 3:30 as promised.3 guys knocked out 3 bathrooms (Sheetrock removal and mold remediation) with little impact on our family. Gio has to be the most polite contractor I have ever worked with. Very happy with the crew and Vito who started the process before our claim. Jose Juan, Eliel and Gio were the best!! Very professional and thorough in mitigating my water damage. Vito is a pro when it comes to working with the insurance adjuster! I would choose them again in a heartbeat!!!

Thank you Mighty Dry for sending out such professional guys, Giovanni and Raudel were great, quick and clean ! Also want to mention Eddie Noah who responded to my initial call when the plumber told me the dishwasher had “burst the hot water line.” Eddie has coordinated other contractors and kept me on schedule. Appreciate his knowledge and patience! If you experience this type of issue, I highly recommend Mighty Dry.

Damien and Eddie and Giovanni and Eliel went above and beyond from the moment they arrived. They communicated clearly, treated my home with care, and worked efficiently to address the water damage and demo. They explained every step, documented everything thoroughly, and made sure the area was safe and clean before they left. Their professionalism put my entire household at ease during a very stressful situation. I’m incredibly grateful for their work and highly recommend them both! Outstanding!!!

Had an emergency flood in our kitchen. Gio R. and his crew, Eliel and Jose, came to demo the area and got the ruined, wet materials, including a kitchen island and flooring, out of the house so the area can dry out. The crew was exceptionally professional and polite, and one thing that really impressed me was how thoroughly Gio explained to me what the process would entail.
