I worked with Mark N. when our shingles were blown off in a storm. Mark quickly came out, accessed the damage, removed damaged shingles, and tarped the roof to prevent water damage. Once we received the quote, we moved forward with the repairs. The Mighty Dog office gave me quite a few issues getting on the schedule, we had a lot of rain which is why I would assume they were hesitant to pick a date, however they never reached out and I called multiple times. I learned about mighty dog roofing from Matt who was very informative, professional, & very easy to talk to. He set an appointment with Devin who came the next day. Great guy! He inspected the roof and inside where it's leaking. We sat down and he explained the process - materials used, how long it would take & cost. He was very professional, friendly and informative. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Hoping to have them replace my roof.
I could not be happier with my experience with Mighty Dog Roofing. Not only did they respond quickly to my phone call, but they set up an appointment to take place in a 48 hour period. On the day of the appointment, Ezra was very friendly and listened to what I needed. He was efficient with his inspection of my roof for my insurance company. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
Mighty Dog Roofing did a fantastic job on my house! And I know I was a very very picky customer, but no matter what request I made, they came out and did everything they could to make me happy. Jordan even came out and did all the final touches himself. I recommend this company to anyone! I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.
