Got a quote and that was it. Salesperson was friendly enough. Never actually hired them. Now I’m getting email solicitations from OTHER BUSINESSES saying that as a mighty dog customer I get a discount. I’m SO happy this company sold my email address to other companies without my permission. I will never do business with mighty dog because of this scummy move.
Haven't done business with them yet, so this review is just based on my experience on the phone. I just called to get some general pricing info and ask a bunch of questions, the gentleman that answered was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all kinds of stuff about both shingle roofs and galvanized steel roofs, which was super helpful. If we end up doing the roof, I will definitely be calling them back.
Fantastic experience all around. Will, the representative, was experienced and knowledgeable. He wrote up the quote with all specifics discussed for the job and the team delivered from tear out, to the install and the white glove treatment of free window cleaning. And importantly the quote was very competitive. Would definitely recommend Mighty Dog for your roof replacement.
