I had the mighty dog roofing team replace the roof on my residence yesterday, June 12th, 2024. The team showed up by 7am and were on the house, ripping off the old shingles by 7:30 am. They were finished, by 4:30 (which included their much needed and deserved hour long lunch break), with the roof removal and replacement and all necessary clean up. The roof looks great! A few years ago I had Mighty Dog come out and replace my roof. Communication was decent and the actual intall was great. Fast forward three years and it is time to get all new siding, gutters and some other work done on my home and i knew that they also do the work I needed. I have actually tried reaching out to them multiple times online (have some speech issues so email and text when i can). Got a quote and that was it. Salesperson was friendly enough. Never actually hired them. Now I’m getting email solicitations from OTHER BUSINESSES saying that as a mighty dog customer I get a discount. I’m SO happy this company sold my email address to other companies without my permission. I will never do business with mighty dog because of this scummy move.
Haven't done business with them yet, so this review is just based on my experience on the phone. I just called to get some general pricing info and ask a bunch of questions, the gentleman that answered was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all kinds of stuff about both shingle roofs and galvanized steel roofs, which was super helpful. If we end up doing the roof, I will definitely be calling them back.
