We were at first happy they took ownership and Robert Young claimed he was gonna file it under insurance contacted our contractor and me and proceeded to do a repair temporarily, so no more water would get in the house. AVOID! I originally had the flat part of our roof fixed 12/2022. Within a year we had leaking. I reached out to Mighty dog and 4 other companies - who said the flat roof was not done correctly and needs to be fixed. 10/2025 had mighty dog come out to see it again and get it fixed under warranty. If you need repair, or just an inspection these guys are the way to go. Jordan came out and did an inspection for me. He was very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. You can tell this guy knows his stuff! He was not pushy in the slightest! Gave me great recommendations on what to do next, and what time lines may look like. Can’t stress enough, how professional he was. Highly recommend this company!
