The BBB Houston website is easy to use and within a few hours Patrick from Mighty Dog Southwest reached out to me. I remember the initial phone conversation and him visiting me on a weekend, as I worked during the week. He was very professional and polite during the home visit. Patrick and the crew were amazing. He worked diligently to help me navigate a very difficult insurance situation and once everything was approved the work was completed in less than a day! If I could give 10 stars it wouldn't be enough.
