Leaving my second 5 star review for Mighty Dog. After they did a beautiful job on replacing our siding about a year ago, they came out to look at some water damage coming from the chimney. We got an extensive overview of the needed work, including drone photos. The quote was reasonable and at no point did they pressure us into upselling or unneeded work. The work was completed quickly and the workmen were polite and communicative. Afterwards, Mike answered all of our follow up questions. Thank you to Mike and the team!
Mitch promptly came out to evaluate my slate roof in German Village. He did a detailed free inspection including many photos. He also had me show him where I noticed any leaks so that he could focus on the problem areas. The estimate seemed reasonable. A two-man team came out in less than a week and completed the job leaving the site clean. He contacted me the next day after a heavy rain to make sure he had taken care of everything. Mitch is very professional and quick to respond. I highly recommend this company.
I hired Mighty Dog Roofing to install new gutters on my house. I'm probably more particular about gutters and downspouts than most homeowners, and Robbie Baskent went out of his way to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted, which required him to hunt down and order special parts that they don't keep in stock. He even offered to fabricate some components to match those that my neighbor had custom made for his house. Their prices are also great. I couldn't be happier!
