Just like others have posted, They’ll schedule something and never show up. I called them twice and they’ve wasted my time both times. They confirm an appointment and never show . Go somewhere else.
Would give zero stars if possible. Had a 10 am appt for 10/2 and they were no show! Phoned at 10:20 to inquire if estimator was running late. You don’t speak to a local office but to a national call center. Agent told me no record of appt. Told me she would “escalate” and Put me on hold to check with “local” office and disconnected me.Called back, started over with agent #2. SAME THING. I called back and got agent #3. Dan came to our house to inspect our roof, he was very thorough but he never emailed a quote or returned my phone call. Why bother wasting your time or mine? Would not recommend
