Did a roof on my house. We have a leak and have called 5 times and went by there office and no one was there left a note for them to call but still have not heard back from them.
I would give them a zero if I could. In April of 2024, the men were at my house at 8 am, the materials to replace the roof arrived at around 1 pm. The contractor I was working never gave me paperwork for my warranty or proof that I even had the shingles replaced. Forward to December of 2025, and I get a letter from my insurance company letting me know that since my roof hasn’t been replaced since 2001, my replacement costs would be about 10% of the value of the replacement of $14,000.00.
