Indicated grade 4 shingles, installed grade 3. Tried to pass off as grade 4 to us and insurance until more information was requested from insurance. The roof is only months old and is already buckling in areas as well. Company refuses to do anything to rectify the roof. Curious how many actually received what they requested...
After a heavy storm we needed to have 5 windows replaced. Mighty Dog explained to us our options in a no pressure environment. The installation team was great and they went the extra mile with their trim work and caulking. I would recommend them to anyone needing repair work. Thanks Mighty Dog Wichita!
