We love this place been here numerous of times! I will say the last time we went service wasn't great. We always order an extra order of eggs and its usually 2 for $3 . We didn't receive the extra eggs and we knew we didnt. We brought it to the waitresses attention and she got the manager, the manager just kept saying "I watched the tape and they added the eggs" "there is nothing we can do". Food was great! Service was quick! &staff was friendly.

Food was mostly good. Crab was overcooked which made the meat inside to be stringy. I did like the flavors of the spice! Overall I would come back. The only thing that I did not appreciate is we had a couple and a family of four get automatically charged a tip without any indication as to how much. Service was okay but I like to offer tip and not be automatically being charged. This was the Tyler, Tx Location. I have been doing reviews for some time and know where I eat. Response from owner does not address concerns.
We come to Tyler Texas once a year for family reunion and this restaurant is one of our favorite places to go the staff is friendly atmospheres awesome food is incredible the staff handled our large crowd professionally very accommodating very friendly you come there hungry you leave very full food is perfectly seasoned and the portions are huge and prices very reasonable
