I hired Mighty clean carpet to complete a service of end of lease carpet cleaning and grout cleaning for my granny flat. Communication was done over the phone and I was told that if I was to pay in cash the service would be cheaper, so I did. The Mighty Clean team are nothing short of phenomenal! They were punctual, professional, and very thorough with their work. I had extremely heavy pet urine stains in areas of carpet from an unruly cat, which until now I was at a loss of how to fix. The team did an incredible job not only getting rid of the staining, but also neutralizing the horrendous odor as well. CARPETS ARE STILL DIRTY!! Do not recommend. We booked this company who rushed their so-called “carpet cleaning” service and our carpets are still dirty. We kindly explained to them that we were able to clean the leftover dirt easily using soap and water, however they still refused to come back and clean it properly, even though the website says they would if it’s still dirty.
