An update from this post... turns out Jeff Migala is not an owner. He is not even a manager. He was another sales person. Bill Migala THE owner, replied to my comments online very professionally, and although we will agree to disagree on the ship-to field of the invoice, he was very forth right and apologetic of the situation.
