The most important thing for me is communication and by God Jeff and his wife are fantastic at keeping you informed. I had my entire sewer/water main replaced so a portion of the basement was excavated. Him and his team didn't leave a speck of dust anywhere, I wouldve never known they were even there. Rest assured you will be taken care of!
Great communication throughout the work we had them perform. Sam is very polite and professional and was up front with everything. No surprises when the work was done. Highly recommend foe your plumbing work.
I was looking at the reviews for Mies Plumbing and noted that one was written by a friend whom I later called - the referral was very strong. Sam showed up right on time and shared the cost with me prior to working (which I thought to be quite fair considering the work that was ahead of him). He was very professional and did not at all mind my asking questions as he went about quickly solving the problem (a well-plugged drain).
