We had water heater issues and Mies was the only place that arranged to get someone out to look at it the same day I called. We have used them for other plumbing needs and they are always very accommodating and professional.
I couldn't be happier with these guys. This is the 3rd time i have had them out to do various things. This time I had 3 faucets replaced which i supplied. The install had some challenges due to the previous owner and the do it yourself type of work that was done. Sam recognized those challenges and fixed all those mistakes and installed all 3 faucets properly and in a timely manner. He was friendly, informative and professional. Mies was so accommodating. I called at noon on a Friday and they did everything they could to get someone out the same day to clear roots from our sewer line. I couldn't imagine having to go the entire weekend not using any water in my house. Sam was courteous and explained the process very thoroughly. Thank you so much!!!!
