Very helpful, customer service is excellent.
Needed some help with a generator. Stopped in and talked to John and Kyle in small motor dept. They took the time to hear my issue and gave me some direction to resolve my issue. That direction worked and my issue was fixed. Nice to know there are people and business willing to help out.
One of the greatest places I have ever had the opportunity to be a part of when I was employed their. Every one was like family to me, especially Rory and the office ladies. When the mines slowed down a bunch of us had to be laid off, but not until it was nessisary!!! Every time I make it back to Duluth, Minnesota I make a point to stop in and visit with my friends/family. Thanks for the knowledge I have gained from working there. It helped guide me through life.
