Very helpful, customer service is excellent!
Very helpful. Kyle is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things and answer questions. He goes above and beyond for the customer.
I brought in a 3 phase $1800 motor in that I was told was bad. Kyle was at the desk, very friendly and knowledgeable. He said they would check it out and let me know repair cost and options. 20 minutes later they contacted me with the results. I was so impressed with Kyle and those I talked with. Unbelievable customer service!!!!
