After months of researching combi-steam ovens and reading Reddit threads by owners, I settled on a Miele combi-steam oven. As a new technology for me, I was unsure how I would use this oven to its full capability. I reached out to the Miele Experience Center and Valerie offered to have Chef Keith demonstrate some recipes in them. What a treat and valuable experience! I attended an Intro to Cooktops demonstration at this location and I learned much about the cooktop features. What I didn't expect was the additional time the representative spent educating me on the use of the built in coffee maker. He also gave me tips on the use of my other Miele appliances and why my dishwasher wasn't showing up in the Miele app. Bravo for the excellent dedication to customer service.

Valerie is amazing! She helped us select the perfect vacuum - the Sprinter Triflex - in which she provided all the details and the options that are available at Miele. She took her time to go through all the various vacuums so that we felt comfortable with our choice. She also helped us look at coffee machines and washing machines to buy for the future. Valerie is very informative and she knows all the appliances at Miele. Moving forward, when we want to make a purchase at Miele, we will work with Valerie.
