I had major issues with my Miele appliances after the company I purchased them from (Pirch) went out of business. I bought the appliances in 2021 as we prepared for a complete house remodel that took 3 years. The appliances were not installed until August of 2023 and not used for another year when we finally moved into our new home. It was nice chatting with Tina. Although we know what model to replace our 17 years old dishwasher we got good tour.
I’m a very discerning shopper who values quality, and Miele has always been a go-to brand for reliable, high-end appliances. The Beverly Hills showroom lived up to that standard. Valerie welcomed me warmly and was both friendly and informed. Tina walked me through vacuum options with zero pressure and helped me find the perfect fit.
