My floors were in terrible shape and they sanded them down to the point where they look new. They did this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of refinishing their floors.
Edwin was very polite and respectful of the fact that we were still in the process of clearing the space the morning he arrived and even pitched in to help move all of our "stuff." There was a miscommunication regarding what work would be done and he tried to do a minor repair to smooth out a buckle in the floor which worked out better than expected, however there were 2 other spots that were not attended to.
