Katie Hirst is a wonderful midwife. She listens. She is empathetic and did everything to make sure I had the home birth of my dreams. She was flexible with payment which was such a stress relief. Most importantly, she respects you as a woman and a mother, mentally and physically. I felt comfortable enough with her to always voice my opinion and any concerns I may have had. It's important to me to have a genuine and compassionate female to work with during such a special time and I definitely had that with Katie.

I have always had bad period cramps, and I thought I always would. In the past, doctors have said the only answer is hormonal birth control and would rush me out the door. I went to Dara for my well woman’s visit and was so impressed with the time she took to listen to my concerns, validate my feelings, and really seek answers with me. She isn’t quick to push any one option/ life style/ or choice, but helps lay out all options and the pros and cons for each. You can tell how much she cares about people and this practice!

Dara Fields is an amazing midwife and healthcare provider. She has such a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the female body and treats women with kindness and compassion. She is passionate about her work and it shows in the quality of care. I am happy to use her personally for my well woman care and love when my doula clients birth with her guidance.
