Appointment setter rude and hung up in my face
Lots of criteria to meet to be a patient. I wouldn’t recommend going there if you need work done. However a cleaning would be okay. I need more than a cleaning so it wasn’t a good fit. They are more general dentistry. Complex cases or people with anxiety they will not take. I had tears in my eyes and was told to wipe them away infront of the faculty or they wouldn’t bother taking me on as a patient. I thought that was harsh. I have had the pleasure of receiving dental services from Midwestern and I am very pleased. The quality of work and care provided by my students, Joe and Jonathan from Suite A, were better than any dental services from a professional that I have ever received. They were attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. Additionally all services were reviewed and approved by instructors. I highly recommend this university!
