This company clearly does not care about it's customers. I am renting a house that already had a Midwestern tank. After calling around I found that Midwestern ' propane is $0.50 to $1 more than the other companies in the area. I was able to talk to a sales rep who gave me a better price at Midwestern than what I was initially quated. I assume this was so they could get my business. Our final review will be written after we receive a response from the company. We recently purchased a home with a leased tank from this company that is 23 years old. We called about purchasing. First we were told it was not their policy to sell tanks. (We know they have sold them before). Next we were quoted a price of that is equal of the cost of a new tank ($1100).
