The guy who we dealt with seemed nice enough. However the facility is located in the middle of a neighborhood and directions are not clear. If you are delivering bulk ( hopper) you have to go to the back of the facility. There are two locations with signs saying ingredient delivery. Go to the second and farthest location if you are a hopper. A sign says to ring the bell to check in. There is not a bell anywhere near this sign.
