A huge inconvenience is the inability to pay online. Additionally, in terms of the service, the company can improve significantly. I ordered the house inspection before the purchase. I called them and they accomodate me to come over the same day and check the house at my convenience. However, they send the guy who couldn't say anything specific. We are now on day 3 of a major plumbing repair in our home which requires excavation and cement work in our basement.
