I had good experiences here up until November 2025. They’ve been bought out or transferred ownership and are now called UClinics. Their website and phone number are not updated so I had to call and be transferred several times until I got the right number. It used to be that the front desk receptionist would answer and book your appointment like any other doctor’s office. Worst customer service ever!!!!! Front desk personnel are super rude. They act like we are bothering them and we owe them for their assistance. They also take forever to get you a referral. If you complain to the office manager she does not do anything to correct her employees behavior!!!! I do not recommend this place I’m currently looking for new doctors!!!! Wish I could leave a no star review!!!

I recently visited the Comprehensive Care Clinic at Midwestern University on Bethany Home Road and had an exceptional experience. There was no wait upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Dr. Yee was incredibly thorough and had an excellent bedside manner, making me feel completely at ease. Dr. Lancaster provided exceptional follow-up care, ensuring everything was on point. Their pricing is extremely reasonable—I was self-pay today, and the fee was only $140.
