You could notify your customers that you have gone out of business...and do NOT answer to any phone calls...regarding reimbursement of already fully paid annual insurance premium....
This place is thee ABSOLUTE worst. Especially the orthodontics department. They NEVER answer the phone, then give you a hard time for not coming to appointments when you can’t get in touch with them to MAKE the appointments! If you have this insurance, you are stuck here😕. Don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.
My appointment was cancelled, no one notified me about the cancellation until I got there. Not Happy. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
RecommendedI got in the next dayafter I called. The dentist extracted my tooth at that appointment. He was kind and efficient, as were all the staff.
Train office staff to answer phones and to call back patients to that are requesting information.
