We had our railing on our front steps replaced by MWI. They custom made a design for us and installed it. It turned out beautifully. The team who did the installation was very good and made sure everything was perfect. MWI also provided a lot of information and recommendations on what materials would work best for our lifestyle. The process of communication, measurement, and installation was a bit slow, but this was not an issue for us, as we were not in a time sensitive situation.
We needed an intricate, long architectural stair railing. I reached out to MWI and communicated our needs. They sent out a seasoned designer and engineer to measure and prepare drawings for the railing. This was a custom job with several criteria which had to be met.
