Won't return calls. Everything under warranty I've had to pay for n replace my self. Got receipts n got my warranty paper work. I see small claims court in there near future. Jus done my brakes n callipers and the guy who installed them was an idiot and was stuck at advanced auto for five hours fixing one of midwest's problems, cause they won't return phone calls and I payed cash for my car. Not payments, so I guess it's all on me.
September 2016. Was told the truck looked and ran great as well as everything was in tip top excellent condition. Also was told that it had 2 different warrantys and that if anything came up in the 30 day period it would be handled. Wrong! We got it inspected. The whole underside was so rusted out they should have never allowed anyone to drive it off the lot let alone on a 5 hr trip. Don't buy here! Their so called "mechanic" doesn't know much about the job he's performing. Why not amuse yourself, if you know anything in depth about cars, go in and act like ya don't. Talk to the "mechanic" in the back. You will see, its a joke! Not to mention their "warranty" that comes with every vehicle purchase. A joke as well. They are scams! This place needs shut down! They put our families in danger without a care in the world!
