Beware of what you are telling eye doctor while getting exam. My husband went in for exam only. While exam was going on he happened to mention something about a floater in his eye. So instead of billing his insurance for a routine eye exam, they billed it as a medical exam. When he left with his receipt it showed the normal 0 balance like it normally does. I have gone to Midwest Vision-now Shopco- since 1996. I have had some super incredible people there(Gary, Juliette, Dr Kensok) Annette is the best. She has had to work alone for months with staff shortages...but she remained bubbly, helpful, attentive. I so enjoy her and stopping in. Need Heather back too!
I have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great customer service experience! Annette has been very helpful and kind whenever I visit! A very convenient location and they really care about their customers.
I have had trouble with my glasses for sometime. I decided to go to Shopko Optical and they were so pleasant and corrected all the problems I was having with my glasses. Rachel helped me get the adjustments. Thank you very much!
