Spencer was very helpful finding new glasses
Dr.Guler does a great job,answers all your questions and makes it a great experience and Annette was very helpful also with the follow up questions and purchase of contacts
After waiting over 2 months, having to have my lenses redone 3 times, I finally gave up and got a refund, as I still do not have my new glasses. They kept giving me the excuse that my lenses were on backorder. One lady there kept trying to tell me that you need to try new glasses the next morning, so your eyes can adjust. I've been wearing glasses for over 40 yrs. You should be able to see with your new glasses the moment you put them on! The staff at this location pour their hearts into their patients. Annette is always willing to give accepting service. Chey will do anything in her power to give an efficient and pleasant experience at this location. Dr. Guler's love for each and every patients no matter the age is far above and beyond. When you visit the Fargo Shopko Optical you will always be greeted with smile and ready attitudes of great customer service.
Update: I returned for myself and received the great service I found when getting my son's glasses before. This time, Rachel, Annette, Spencer, and Vienna were wonderful helping me pick out glasses, even when I didn't know what I was looking for at first. Dr. Guler was also wonderful at explaining things when it came to the health of my eyes and my eye exam. I will definitely be choosing Shopko optical for my future eye needs.
